Since 1982, Dr. Rosen performs Circumcisions. He was trained to perform Circumcisions at the Rothschild Hospital – Paris, by Dr. Simon Vansel, who was trained by Dr. Victor, both well known Obstetricians and Gynecologists and affiliated with the Rothschild Hospital.
